What we do

See the opening.
Build the way forward.

The work can be a sharper decision, a different business model or a system built around a gap nobody has joined up. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Applied work · anonymised specialist-contractor case

The question changed.
Then the work got real.

A commercial Diagnostic led Felicity into a deeper Review of an established contracting business: its economics, its operating model and where its next opportunity could lie.

The result was a substantive business plan and a bespoke, working Command Centre. Commercial thinking carried through into something the business could use.

FORGEOpportunity Brief

Executive judgement

Do not chase turnover until the business can show which work creates cash, margin and transferability.

The first requirement is a decision-grade view of job contribution, account recovery and owner dependency.

The turning point

More work was not the whole answer.

The important question was what kind of work, under what commercial terms, with what control—and how much still depended on the owner.

That reframing connected two pieces of work: a different route for the business, and a stronger operational foundation underneath it.

01 · Diagnostic

Find the question beneath the question.

The Diagnostic connected cash, project contribution and owner dependency. It shifted the question from winning more work to understanding which work created value—and what needed to change to retain it.

02 · Deeper Review

Build a different way forward.

Historical project evidence, market research and existing capabilities pointed towards more recurring compliance and remedial work. Felicity developed the business plan: proposition, delivery responsibilities, capability gaps, indicative economics and a staged pilot.

03 · Special Project

Build the system the business was missing.

Scattered information became a bespoke Command Centre: projects, applications, certificates, variations and payments, alongside contacts, suppliers, orders and hires. The system is live with real business records, colleague access and order creation in use.

What was delivered

A commercial plan.
A bespoke operational system.
A foundation for the next stage.

The Command Centre is live with real business records; additional workflows are in development. The new revenue model has a staged validation plan before wider expansion.

Scope: This case spans a Diagnostic, a deeper Review and a Special Project. The Review and bespoke system are separate engagements, not included in the £295 Diagnostic.
